Vision

Xumee's vision is to create an "Instagram for jobs" where people apply with pictures and videos of their experiences, talents, interests, and passions. We want to help people show their story.

Elevator pitch (before pivot) - B2B2C marketplace approach

Xumee is the anti-resume. We help millennials search and apply to jobs using pictures and videos of their experiences, talents, and achievements. The Xumee app was a marketplace for jobs.

In the US, the online job posting market is worth $3.4B. My bottom up analysis indicates that our initial target market generates about $600M per year.

We currently have 6 pilot companies ranging from financial advisory to a US-based organic fast-food chain.
